Refund Policy

All sales are final on all services, products, and fashion items.

Refunds will only be considered if an issue arises as a direct result of an error made by Drea Rena Studios. In such cases, a refund request must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the service or product.

All requests are subject to review. A full investigation will be conducted to determine eligibility. Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

Drea Rena Studios reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the findings of the investigation.
