Terms & Conditions – Drea Rena Studios

By booking an appointment or purchasing any service, product, or fashion item from Drea Rena Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.

• Appointments are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Payments may be transferred one (1) time if proper notice is given.

• Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

Late Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled.

• Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees.

• If the appointment must be canceled due to lateness, payment will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of payment.

• Future bookings may require approval before scheduling.

Refund Policy

All sales are final on all services, products, and fashion items.

Refunds will only be considered if an issue arises as a direct result of an error made by Drea Rena Studios. A refund request must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the service or product.

All requests are subject to review. A full investigation will be conducted to determine eligibility. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

Drea Rena Studios reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request.

Results Disclaimer:

Results from body contouring, aesthetic, and wellness services vary from client to client. No guaranteed results are promised, as outcomes depend on individual factors including lifestyle, consistency, and body type.

Client Conduct:

Drea Rena Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is:

• Disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate

• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Non-compliant with policies

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to receiving services. Failure to do so releases Drea Rena Studios from liability.

Media Release & Marketing Consent

By receiving services, you consent to photos and/or videos being taken for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional use.

If you do not wish to have your image used, you must submit a written request prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered consent.

Once content has been published, it may not be possible to remove it from all platforms.

Privacy Policy:

Client information is collected for booking, communication, and service purposes only. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Book Drea Rena operated by Drea Rena Studios / Beauty by Drea Renae (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or participating in any membership program offered through our website, salon, spa, wellness, beauty, or mobile services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

Memberships are designed to provide clients with access to discounted services, exclusive offers, wellness experiences, beauty treatments, priority booking, and other benefits offered by Drea Rena Studios.

Membership benefits may vary depending on the selected plan and may include beauty, body contouring, wellness, loc, PMU, skincare, non-invasive aesthetic, or self-care services.

2. Eligibility

Members must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parent/legal guardian consent

• Provide accurate billing and contact information

• Agree to all salon/spa policies listed on our website

Some services may require consultations or medical clearance prior to booking.

3. Membership Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually depending on selected plan).

• By enrolling, you authorize Drea Rena Studios to charge your payment method on file.

• Full payment is required to maintain active membership benefits.

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Appointment Policies

Members are still required to:

• Schedule appointments in advance

• Arrive on time

• Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or cancellation.

No-call/no-show appointments may result in:

• Loss of membership credits

• Temporary suspension

• Additional fees

• Cancellation of membership benefits

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated in our booking policies.

Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in:

• Loss of session/credit

• Cancellation fees

• Reduced membership privileges

6. Membership Commitment & Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

• Memberships automatically renew until canceled

• Memberships may require a minimum commitment period

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your member portal

To avoid future billing, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, missed appointments, or unused benefits.

7. Freeze Policy

Membership freezes may be approved for:

• Medical reasons

• Pregnancy

• Relocation

• Emergencies

Freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management.

8. Non-Transferable Memberships

Memberships, credits, sessions, and benefits:

• Cannot be transferred

• Cannot be shared

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot be resold

9. Service Results Disclaimer

Results from beauty, wellness, body contouring, PMU, skincare, or non-invasive services vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific body contouring outcomes

• Weight loss

• Cosmetic results

• Healing timelines

• Permanent outcomes

Client results depend on lifestyle, consistency, health, aftercare, hydration, and other factors.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Drea Rena Studios does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions unless specifically stated and legally permitted under applicable state law.

Our services are intended for cosmetic, relaxation, self-care, wellness, and non-therapeutic purposes unless otherwise noted.

Clients are responsible for consulting their physician before participating in services if they have:

• Medical conditions

• Pregnancy

• Implanted devices

• Skin disorders

• Recent surgeries

• Health concerns

11. Member Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Harassment

• Threatening behavior

• Inappropriate conduct

• Repeated policy violations

• Unsafe conditions

• Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

12. Promotions & Discounts

Membership promotions:

• Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise

• May change or end at any time

• Are subject to availability

Introductory rates may convert to regular pricing after promotional periods end.

13. Mobile Services

For mobile appointments:

• Clients must provide a safe and sanitary environment

• Adequate space and accessibility must be available

• Travel fees may apply

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

14. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, photos, videos, service names, graphics, and website content associated with Drea Rena Studios and Beauty by Drea Renae remain the intellectual property of the Company.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

15. Photo & Media Consent

Unless otherwise submitted in writing, clients acknowledge that photos, videos, or service-related content may be used for:

• Marketing

• Educational content

• Social media

• Website promotions

• Before-and-after documentation

Clients may opt out by submitting written notice prior to services.

16. Limitation of Liability

By participating in membership services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with beauty, wellness, cosmetic, and body services.

Drea Rena Studios shall not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Sensitivities

• Individual results

• Pre-existing conditions

• Indirect or incidental damages

17. Changes to Membership Terms

We reserve the right to:
